Interesting Fact - Time

According to a report in the British Medical Journal, remaining on British Summer Time would improve our health.

(All in all adults would have on average 300 more useful hours of daylight and children 200 more.  
This would allow for more exercise and outdoor activities which boost both physical health and mental wellbeing.  I'm not sure if I want 300 more useful hours, it sounds like 300 more hours of work!)
